Okinawa DReamS

Naha – Naha
6 Night Cruise

Okinawa is 160 islands spread over the vast pacific ocean area. The coral reefs, crystal-clear blue seas, white sand beaches, and beautiful natural scenery combine to form different images on each island. Okinawa's islands are a different Japan where these barely inhabited retreats hide the country's best-kept secrets.

Day 4 - Kumijima

A must is ‘Hate-no-Hama’ which is a 7 kilometre long stretch of sands that are surrounded by crystal clear emerald water. There are no trees on the purely white beaches, but Hate-no Hama is actually an island made of coral. The white sands are actually made of bits of coral that have gathered over thousands of years. This place is a very rare part of Japan, and a distinguished landmark in the world. We also explore the ‘tatami rocks’ and we know that you will enjoy your stay here.

Day 5 - Tonaki Island

The island has been selected as an important preservation district of historic buildings and old houses of wooden red tiles on the white sand roads and villages surrounded by lines of Fukugu trees. When the sun goes down a gentle light flashes along the village roads and the neighborhood feels like you have slipped back in time to an old Kyukyu village. All the streets are spread with sand in a time-honoured tradition. It comes with a very comfortable and peaceful feeling. We stroll the town, bicycle the island and snorkel the lagoon and secretly never want to ever leave.

Feedback

We had wonderful holiday supported by a great enthusiastic crew. The snorkelling, swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding in such a beautiful pristine part of the world was superb. An honourable mention must be made for the Chef extraordinaire, he was passionate about every one of his creations and he far exceeded all previous chefs you have had on-board.The crew ensured that we had the best anchorage each evening and allowed us to safely discover the unspoilt islands of French Polynesia. Thanks again
