Itinerary

Day 1 - Papeete to Moorea

On sailing day, passengers are met at Papeete Airport by our crew and from 4:30 pm board the ship that is waiting on the Papeete waterfront. You are greeted with a refreshing drink and canapes before the Captain’s welcome, crew introductions and safety briefing. When all guests from the evening arrival flights are onboard we depart around midnight for a short crossing to Moorea.

Day 1 - Papeete to Moorea

Day 2 - Moorea

Wake this morning inside beautiful Cooks Bay with the dramatic mountainous backdrop that Moorea is famous for... paradise. After breakfast the crew host a snorkel safari where you may spot a ray or black tipped reef shark. This afternoon we tender ashore for a guided scenic tour into the hills and rainforest of Moorea. Drinks and canapés are served on deck followed by dinner. We overnight in Moorea at anchor.

Day 2 - Moorea

Day 3 - Moorea to Huahine

We start with the sunrise on our cruise day to Huahine. Read that book, visit the bridge or trail a fishing line off the stern. Huahine is known as the garden island of French Polynesia. We plan to be anchored in time for an afternoon swim and visit ashore. Dinner is served onboard from 7pm.

Day 3 - Moorea to Huahine

Day 4 - Huahine

Awake to the smell of frangipanis and the tropical sounds of this lush oasis. Tenders go ashore to Beach Sable Blanc for swimming and beach combing. Lunch is served on board with more beach time and a snorkeling trip before we relocate to Haapu Beach to be entertained this evening by a local cultural group with Tahitian singing and dancing. Overnight inside the lagoon at anchor.

Day 4 - Huahine

Day 5 - Taha’a

Time for a swim and breakfast before we head to the Vanilla island of Taha’a. Fishing off the stern is an option as we depart Huahine for the short 20-mile passage to Taha’a. We visit an organic vanilla plantation before cruising the northern shores where many motus surround the main island. Tonight we have a special anchorage with incredible photo opportunities. The islands are in the foreground and the sun is setting over the towering peaks of beautiful Bora Bora in the distance.

Day 5 - Taha’a

Day 6 - Taha’a and Bora Bora

After breakfast the crew host a coral garden snorkeling expedition. Let the current drift you past coral formations and abundant fish life. We reposition to the south west of Taha’a for lunch before we exit the reef system for our 3-hour cruise to Bora Bora. Relax on board or join the Captain with a visit to Bloody Mary’s Bar for a pre-dinner aperitif.

Day 6 - Taha’a and Bora Bora

Day 7 - Bora Bora

A shark and ray excursion has been organised this morning or alternatively you can tender ashore to explore alone or simply relax on board. Lunch and water sports activities off To'opua Island are planned this afternoon. Dinner is served at anchor inside Bora Bora lagoon with Mount Otemanu set as a backdrop.

Day 7 - Bora Bora

Day 8 - Raiatea

We depart Bora Bora after breakfast to the historic island of Raiatea. Within the lagoon we visit a local boutique pearl farm where you will have the option to actually dive for your own pearl. We dock alongside the Uturoa wharf where you have free time to wander the township or relax on board before dinner.

Day 8 - Raiatea

Day 9 - Raiatea and Huahine

An opportunity this morning to walk off your breakfast in Uturoa village before we are collected for a guided island history and Faaroa River tour. Learn the history of Raiatea and wind up the Faaroa River, Tahiti’s only ‘navigable river’ before we rendezvous with the ship in the Eastern lagoon. A sumptuous picnic lunch is enjoyed on Motu Iriru before we cruise to the Western side of Huahine and have free time to explore Fare Township. After dinner we hoist the anchor and cruise overnight to Moorea.

Day 9 - Raiatea and Huahine

Day 10 – Moorea

Wake this morning in Opunohu Bay, Moorea. This day is yours to do as you please. Make the most of this last opportunity to swim, snorkel and kayak or tender ashore to explore more of Moorea. After our farewell dinner with the crew we cruise back across the channel to our dock in Papeete late evening.

Day 10 – Moorea

Day 11 – Depart Papeete

A light continental breakfast is served for those early risers having to disembark for early onward flights. Guests who are staying on in Papeete can enjoy a relaxed breakfast on deck before disembarking at 9am.

Day 11 – Depart Papeete

Feedback

We had wonderful holiday supported by a great enthusiastic crew. The snorkelling, swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding in such a beautiful pristine part of the world was superb. An honourable mention must be made for the Chef extraordinaire. Olly was passionate about every one of his creations and he far exceeded all previous chefs you have had on-board. The crew ensured that we had the best anchorage each evening and allowed us to safely discover the unspoilt islands of French Polynesia. Thanks again.
